How does remote IT support work?

Remote IT support allows us to access your devices and systems securely to troubleshoot and fix issues without being on-site. When you experience a technical problem, you can contact us through your Bell Tech client account, and our IT specialists will either guide you through the steps to resolve it or remotely take control of your system to fix the issue directly.

What are your rates for in-person IT support?

We charge $99 for the first hour, with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, time is billed in 15-minute increments at the same hourly rate.

Do I need to sign anything before service begins?

Yes — all in-person services require a signed service agreement before work starts. This protects both parties and ensures clarity around expectations, billing, and liability.

Is there a travel fee?

A travel fee may apply depending on your location. We'll confirm any additional charges before scheduling your appointment.

How is billing handled?

Invoices are issued after each service visit. Payment is due immediately unless prior arrangements are made.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $99 cancellation fee.

Can I schedule recurring on-site visits?

Yes! Recurring visits are available and ideal for small businesses that need regular hands-on support without hiring full-time staff.

Do you offer emergency or after-hours support?

We may be able to accommodate emergency or after-hours requests at an adjusted rate. Please contact us for availability.

Is this included in my Bell Tech subscription plan?

No. On-site contracting is a separate service. However, Bell Tech subscribers may receive priority booking or special rates depending on their plan.

Bell Tech provides support for a wide variety of devices and systems, including both Windows and Mac devices, servers, routers, network devices, and smartphones. We also manage both hardware and software inventory, helping you keep track of your devices and installed software to ensure everything is up-to-date and secure.

What plans and pricing options are available?

Bell Tech currently offers two subscription plans. The first being the standard plan ($99/month) which offers reliable remote IT support and cybersecurity protection for your business. Enjoy expert assistance, device monitoring, and essential security updates — all designed to keep your systems running smoothly. The ulterior is the premium plan ($250/month) which adds the benefit of enhanced 24/7 IT support with faster response times, and advanced cybersecurity protection. Both plans are billed per user/device combination. This means you will be billed the monthly fee per 1 device and user combination (or 2 users or 2 devices or any combination of pairs).
